Many coaches work with a set program, protocol, or scripts. While these coaches may help you overcome a specific challenge and call that a success, I would call that our beginning. I help my clients take thoughtful, small steps that create massive life-long change.

I have no set formula, scripts, or program. You are not like anyone else, so everything we do will be unique to you. Our work together will be personalized for who you are in the moment we begin our work, and for who you become during our relationship and beyond. Our sessions are customized exclusively for you, as you are my material. My coaching can feel both calm and restorative, and intense and powerful. It will always be truthful, in complete service to you. My clients get results.  We work in partnership together, to identify and achieve your dreams…and then we do it again and again.

I have spent the last 28 years working one on one with people from every walk of life, in every career imaginable, with all sorts of thoughts, feelings, goals, and ideas.
